The best proof we can offer is the thing you are looking at. This website, the client portal behind it, and the systems that run our retainers were all built by DDD, the same way we build for clients.

The challenge

We needed a real product, not a brochure: a public site that tells our story in three languages, a client portal where engagements live, and the internal machinery to run a retainer business, including time and outcome tracking, client accounts, and billing groundwork. It had to be something we run our own business on, which is a much higher bar than a demo.

What we built

A multi-tenant platform with team based access and roles, a public marketing site in English, German, and Spanish with full internationalization and search friendly structure, a client portal, and an admin layer for managing client accounts, engagements, and retainer periods. The retainer accounting engine tracks delivery against the retainer, and the whole thing is built to grow.

How we built it

We built it agentically with our own tooling, on a modern, maintainable stack: Next.js, Prisma, and PostgreSQL, with a component system and a dark first design. The trilingual content was produced through our own translation workflows and reviewed for voice, not machine dumped.

The result

It is live, it runs our business, and you are using it right now. When we tell a client we will build them real software they own, this is the standard we hold ourselves to first.
